Tenant-isolated by default
Every customer’s data lives in a tenant-scoped Postgres schema. Zero cross-tenant queries. Ever.
Pattern aggregation
Pulse derives anonymized features per tenant: 'features estimated vs shipped', 'decisions made per week', etc. Never raw text.
Differential privacy
Aggregation across tenants uses epsilon-bounded differential privacy. Single-customer signals can’t be reverse-engineered.
What this means for you today.
Pulse’s current architecture already reserves the foundation for federated insights:
- Embedding spaces are tenant-scoped but model-comparable. Features from tenant A and B can be aggregated via the same embedding space.
- We don’t do per-tenant fine-tuning that would prevent cross-tenant aggregation later.
- A `cross_tenant_signals` table is reserved (empty today). The schema is ready for the network release.
- Customers will explicitly opt-in to participate. Non-participants still benefit from quality improvements derived from aggregate insights.
